Relaxation music is the best to relax you from stress and you can also experiment by listening to various types of songs. There are all possibilities that a music that may be relaxing to one person may be irritating to another. Listening to music is a choice of personal preference. Personal preference definitely varies, yet there are some music that are found to he highly relaxing than others. The baroque music is found to be excellent for relaxation. The researches have displayed that baroque music causes more alpha brain waves it beats 60 per minute.

You can notice that even a passage from a song that you like has the best relaxing effect. Light jazz works wonders in relaxing. Eastern music like Indian Sitar is best to relax. Listening to music with a combination of natural sounds is a best way to relax. The music that has the best sounds of nature and is good to listen is the best relaxation music. You can notice that some types of music are preferred than others, as our brain produces brainwaves at the rate of 14 to 30 hertz cycles each second even during normal consciousness. When you are relaxed the frequency is 8 to 14 hertz and in deep meditative state it is around 4 to 8 hertz, while sleeping it is below 5 hertz.

Meditation promotes the relaxing state in absolute consciousness, when it is practiced regularly. But the best part of it is that if you lack time to meditate, you can always listen to music that has light beats. This improves the brainwave technology and is also found to be effective. Listening to CDs or MP3 with headphones causes quick response in relaxation as it alters your brainwaves. Pleasant music as a background can be heard constantly while working and this enhances your quality of work. The music that relaxes you should be heard especially when you are very stressed or tired. Music soothes your mind, especially music that is pleasant and has less hard beats are effective to listen.
