Let’s pimp your ride. First you’ll need to decide whether you want to paint the whole board, or just do a groovy design. I’ll walk you through both processes. Step 1: Stuff You'll Need. Acrylic auto spray-paint: - Undercoat (1 x 150ml can). - Main colour (I used 3 x 150ml cans of Holts, colour: Aurora). - Clear top coat (about 300ml). Scrape the wax off then scrub the board thoroughly to remove all traces of wax, salt and grime (you can use a Wax Pickle for this). Don’t use any harsh solvents or your stick may melt into a bubbling mess. Repair dings. Step 3: Sanding. Give it a light but thorough sand all over. Don’t be lazy when it comes to sanding. I skimped out on this step and the paint's chipping off in places. This is particularly important on high wearing areas like the nose, rails and tail. Step 4: Spray Painting. Set the board up so you can hold the cans vertically when spraying. Use long, smooth horizontal strokes that overlap a little. It's preferable to do a couple of nice even thin coats as the paint will drip and look crap if you spray it on too thick. If you suck at spray painting practice on newspaper first. Paint the less visible areas to begin with (like around your fins or on top of your deck where your wax goes). Read paint instructions for drying time. One layer of undercoat, then two coats of your primary colour. Give a light sand between coats. If you want to have multiple colours tape off other areas with newspaper to protect them. Step 5: Funky Designs. If you want to get crazy use water-based paint marker pens to do designs. They allow a lot of colour and detail. You can also tape off stencils any spray ‘em. Sketch a draft first. Brave Surf recommend you THINK BIG for your design, since small stuff wont show up. Don't worry if you mess up. Satellite dish antenna is used to capture signals coming from the communication satellites and transmit these signals to the TV/radio sets of the user after converting these signals into compatible waves which can be interpreted by the sets. The satellite dish antenna contains an active and a passive element. The parabolic reflector surface is the passive element as it reflects the microwaves sent from the communication satellites on to the active element- waveguide.
The passive part i.e. the reflector of the satellite dish antenna has a diameter which is many times the wavelength of the incoming electromagnetic (or micro waves). In fact the diameter of the dish depends upon the wavelength of the signal. If the wavelength which the dish receives increases, the diameter of the dish also has to be increased. Also, a geometrical property of a parabola is used in its design. Parabolic surfaces reflect all the waves coming along its axis on its focal point. This property helps in focusing all the weak signals on a small point where the active element of the antenna is placed.
The active element has to perform two functions of the satellite dish antenna. The reflected beams are received by this element which is known as the feedhorn (front part of the waveguide). The feedhorn, along with the low noise block converter known as LNB, converts these electromagnetic waves into electrical signals. Also the signal is amplified. Secondly, the system try to reduce the noise which otherwise would create hindrance in the transmission.
The noise is reduced in the system by the LNB converter. If it is not done then the noise may get amplified in the subsequent stages and it will interfere in the normal functioning of the system. The transmitted signals are fed into the feeders which are very long running into meters. In case the LNB is not used, the signals that reach the sets are very weak. In presence of active element, since the signal is amplified and the noise is reduced, this leads to better transmission and sets receives a stronger signal.
The satellite dish antenna specification is designed keeping in mind the following parameters- the path loss, receiver sensitivity, signal to noise ratio, transmitter power levels, theoretical gain required etc. The theoretical gain is given by the following formula

Setting up your lights, especially if you have a reef or Nano reef, to a, let's say, 3 or 4 watts per gallon for your Nano reef is actually a start for the freshwater plant aquarium, more on the hard corals and less for the fishes. However, it's much more of a basic. There are many factors that you have to consider more than just setting up the watt output. For instance, an incomparable situation is a 150 watt outdoor floodlight and a 150 watt Metal Halide light. In other terms, it boils down to relating apples and oranges. Here are two significant factors for you to consider:

* Kelvin rating - like a 10,000k daylight bulb. Some people wouldn't think about the manufacturers of how true the output of Kelvin is and some would believe so for considerations. The use of Kelvin is the definition of the bulb's heat or energy output and if this is used to a couple of 36 watt PC bulbs, the other 6500K and 10,000K (daylight), the 10,000K bulb is the one with the higher energy output. These conditions could also worsen the problems in the local air quality. Skin asthma and allergies has developed as well.

Droughts are brought by warmer temperatures. Evaporation particularly during summer and fall causes longer and intense drought in one place and may simultaneously cause a massive El Ni¤o phenomenon in another place challenging crop production which may lead to massive loss in monetary aspect. This may also similarly affect the developing strength of hurricanes and super typhoons. Places that weren't hit by typhoons in the past surprisingly experience the strongest of typhoons in history.

This also affects the early melting of snow glaciers and ice thawing. Animal species along these areas are in danger of extinction. Unable to feed themselves, weakening and decreasing the potential to give birth to healthy offspring and a climate adjustments to their physical make-up may decrease their numbers in due time.

Serious consequences on these global phenomena need serious consideration. Though it may be impossible to reverse what already exist, but responsible awareness and vigilance on future events may be the wisest thing to do.
